Tuesday night, 7:00pm (NOTE: time is 7pm, not the usual 7:30pm), the Batavia City Council Committee of the Whole will be hearing a follow up presentation on branding from Sparc, Inc. The City had budgeted up to $50,000 for this branding project.
The current tagline/slogan of the City of Batavia is “City of Energy”.

First, what is your gut reaction to the proposed rebranding? What does it say to you? Do you think it will draw people in when they see it on landmark (welcome) signs, water towers, city vehicles, documents? (I’m asking for your initial reaction because if it has to be explained, I think the branding fails.)
